⦿ Being a so-called “head count sport“ there are great full scholarshipopprtunities available for talented female gymnasts
⦿ A lot of Olympians and Olympic champions went through the collegesystem
⦿ While there are over 80 college teams on the women’s side, there areonly 16 men’s gymnastics programs
⦿ There are roughly 1,500 female and roughly 350 male gymnasts whocompete in college
⦿ Scholarship limits per team: D1 Women – 12.3, D1 Men – 6, D2Women – 6, D2 Men – 5.4
