⦿ When recruiting, US college coaches put a lot of importance on a rower’s 2k ERG time as well as obviously strong results in big races

⦿ There are 71 men’s and 150 women’s college rowing teams across all divisions

⦿ There are roughly 3,000 male and 6,000 female college rowers

⦿ Scholarship limits per team: Women – 20, Men – no set limit
