⦿ College tennis is becoming more and more popular as a pathway to the ATP and WTA Tours with more and more pros using the college route to prepare themselves for their professional careers
⦿ College tennis can be especially useful when it comes to the physical preparation of its players as they very often train as hard and with the same methods as players on tour do
⦿ There are 260 men’s and 320 women’s teams playing in division 1 of the NCAA giving each athlete a lot of great scholarship opportunities
⦿ In total there are roughly 950 men’s and 1150 women’s college tennis teams and about 10,000 male and 11,000 female players
